Usage

2. Check the Prescriber Booklet – Look up the ailment (e.g. “headache,” “influenza,” “bites & stings”) and read through the remedies suggested.

3. Match the remedy to your symptoms – Choose the remedy that most closely matches what you (or your loved one) are experiencing. Each remedy profile in the booklet highlights key signs to guide you.

4. Give the remedy – (Detailed instructions in the prescriber booklet). Avoid eating, drinking coffee, or using strong flavours (like mint) 5 minutes before and after taking a remedy.

5. Observe the response – Relief may be rapid, or more gradual depending on the situation. If improvement starts, wait and let the remedy act. If symptoms change, or no improvement is seen, you may need to reassess and select another remedy from the booklet.
